In the print edition of this paper, the advertisements are most likely to be revolved around offers at supermarkets, as well as fast foods- as it is more directed towards those of an older generation due to the target audience of the printed newspapers being older people, as it is seen as more 'traditional'. Where as on the online addition there is going to be more advertisements for apps like Twitter and Facebook due to the younger generations being most likely to read the online edition. The circulation figures for the print version are 451,261and the readership being around1 million, with the majority of those who read the news, provided by The Times, being those who read it from the online edition. The website is very similar to that of the printed edition. It has the exact symbolic logo that makes the page very recognisable; it also includes traditional activities that are usually found in their printed edition, for example a crossword and Sudoku. Similarly, in the printed edition it is commonly more found that the advertisements are revolved around topics like the supermarket, as well as including many useful offers that help out with everyday life. The circulation figures for this paper is 724,888 and over 700,000 of their readers are those who read it online. The website for the Daily Mirror mimics their printed edition by the clear, traditional front page that is presented on the printed edition. As well as there being a clear divide between the topics; for example sport being separated to political stories.
